Presenter: Justine Carlotta, MLIS, is the Children’s Department Manager of Westchester Public Library in Chesterton, Indiana. She is a librarian of color and first generation college graduate. Over the past four years, she has formulated a program archive of authentic cultural celebration programming that she wishes to share with you for your communities.
